§ 2-2. Joint town-county industrial development authority.

Latest version.

There is hereby created a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia with such public and corporate powers as are set forth in the Industrial Development and Revenue Bond Act, constituting Code of Virginia, § 15.2-4900 et seq. The name of the political subdivision hereby created shall be the Industrial Development Authority of Cape Charles-Northampton County, Virginia.
