§ 70-4. Fees and charges.

(1)

All fees and charges payable under the provisions of this chapter shall be paid to the Town of Cape Charles. Such fees and charges shall be as set forth herein or as established by the town council.

(2)

Connection charges are due and payable as prescribed in section 70-35.

(3)

Service charges are due and payable as prescribed in chapter 72. Unpaid service charges shall become delinquent and shall be subject to penalty charges.
