§ 70-73. Repair of leaks.

The owner of any property who is found to be an excessive user of water due to leakage from water lines or plumbing fixtures on the premises, and who fails to repair and stop such leakage during a reasonable period of time, per section 70-33, shall be subject to the penalties for noncompliance.
