§ 70-76. Penalties for noncompliance.

(1)

Any person who shall violate any provision of this article, shall, upon conviction thereof, in addition to additional charges and/or other actions set forth herein, be fined not more than $250.00. Each act or each day's continuation of a violation shall be considered a separate offense.

(2)

In addition to the foregoing, the director may suspend water service to any person violating the provisions of this article. If water service is terminated, the person shall pay a reconnection fee of $50.00 plus all outstanding fines and fees before service will be restored.
