§ 6-2. Placing handbills or similar matter on parked vehicles.

It shall be unlawful for any person to place, deposit or leave handbills, advertising matter, circulars or commercial writings of any kind on the outside of any vehicle, other than one's own, parked on any of the public streets or public parking lots in the town.
