§ 6-3. Stopping or impeding vehicles for advertising purposes.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, slow or delay any vehicle traveling at any time upon a public street or parking lot, for the purpose of advertising or promoting any article, merchandise, business, profession, trade or occupation of any nature to the occupants thereof.
